Red Lion Hotel Cheyenne

Big size hotel with a great pool and a decent location in the Cheyenne area. The staff were professional and check-in was fast. They offered light and updated rooms with drinks and microwave, for example. Such a very pleasant stay on our whole vacation.

I didn't like the parking lot or entrance. It had broken concrete that file be fixed. The broken concrete was ugly

Price was way to high, this was a very old hotel. Had the worst pancakes ever for breakfast. Parking lot was in terrible shape.

The lobby impressed me with its spaciousness. The room we eventually settled into was comfortable and adequately equipped for our family.

Check-in delays affected our stay experience.

I know the Radisson recently took over this former Holiday Inn. The rooms were good but the outside appearance needs attention.

We loved visiting the local art gallery and checking out the Frontier Days festival. The hotel was comfy and a good base for our adventures. Just be aware, the place could use some upgrades, and the staff seemed a bit relaxed.

It seemed poorly maintained overall.

very old outdated, no breakfast at all, many people had trouble with keys, rooms smelled like smoke, the smokers were outside were the rooms ac units pulled in the smoke.

First room smelled like an ashtray, so they upgraded us to a nicer room, very comfy! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hallways and entry was a bit run down.

We ordered from the restaurant, they clearly had no idea what was going on. It took 2 hours to get an adult meal and a kids meal because they brought the wrong kids meal. I got food poisoning about 8 hours later, so I was up from 4am on and that almost ruined my trip there to see Adele.

Easy to get to from interstate!

Need refrigerator in room. Free breakfast would be nice for the price. Did not sleep well because it felt like bugs were crawling on me!

Nice people at desk but rooms old and ratty and outdated as in 60's or 70's!

Old tired worn rooms lousy beds very old carpets. Dingy low ceilings not worth 40 $

Would recommend for a flash stay.

Comfortable room, accommodating staff, with a lovely indoor swimming pool and great Wi-Fi for staying connected.
